Q. How do I know if my brand drug is considered Preferred or Non-Preferred?

A formulary listing can be found on the MyRxPortal by clicking on View My Formulary. This document will list the most common preferred brand medications. The formulary listing online is subject to change.

You can also search the tier of your medication based on your plan specification by using the Drug Formulary Tier Search.  Just type in the name and strength of the drug and it will show if which tier that drug would fall into and if it is considered specialty.  Some drugs may still require an authorization.
