How do I use my prescription benefit card?

If you are a new member of Phoenix Benefits Management and are using your prescription benefit card for the first time, all you will need to do is provide your newly issued ID card to your pharmacist when you are filling/re-filling your prescription.  Just let your pharmacist know that you have new insurance coverage and they will take care of the rest.
