Should your drug be excluded or require an authorization give our customer service team a call and we will contact your doctor to get the necessary information to determine if the drug can be approved for coverage.
If you drug is denied coverage you may be eligible for assistance on that medication if it is available. Be sure to check the manufacturer's website. Also https://www.needymeds.org/ is a good website to visit to determine if there is assistance available for a specific medication.
