How do I register for the online member portal?

Once you visit www.MyRxPortal.com you can click on the Need to Register? link.

• Have your Pharmacy ID Card accessible
• First Choose a Registration Method
  •  Register by Member ID number or by Group Number
• For Registration by Member ID Number:
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter a username
  • Enter a password with a minimum length of eight characters, one capital letter, and a symbol
  • Enter the Member ID number from your card
  • Enter your first name as it appears on your card or your legal name
  • Enter your Date of Birth
  • Choose Register
  • If registration is successful you will be notified and an email will be sent
• For Registration by Group Number:
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter a username
  • Enter a password with a minimum length of eight characters, one capital letter, and a symbol
  • Enter the Rx Group Number found on your card (This can at times be the same as the medical group number but can be different)
  • Enter your first name as shown on the card or your legal name
  • Enter your Date of Birth
  • Choose Register
  • If registration is successful you will be notified and an email will be sent
