How do I look up my prescription history online?

To view your prescription history online first visit www.MyRxPortal.com and register or login.  Once you are in the portal you can view your prescription history by choosing the Claim History Link.  Here you will be able to view your prescription history, and if you are the designated Cardholder, you can view the history of any dependents you might have who are under the age of 18.  Dependents over the age of 18 will access their prescription history by creating their own individual profile.
