If you are having issues logging into the MyRxPortal then check the following list to see if one of these issues might be causing a problem.
- Ensure that you have cookies enabled.
- Make sure you did not enter any information incorrectly when registering.
- Your first and last name must be entered as it appears on your ID card, or be your full name as registered with your insurance company.
- You can change or modify your password if you enter the incorrect password and try to login. You will get an option for Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you to allow you to change your password.
