How do I get started with Mail Order?

Phoenix Benefits partners with select mail order pharmacies to deliver you the best possible mail order service.  Mail Order prescriptions are available for maintenance medications.  Maintenance medications are medications that you take every month for an extended period of time.  Mail Order scripts are filled in 90 day quantities, and have separate copay's established by your plan.  Mail Order copay's tend to be less than what you would pay if you had three months filled at a retail pharmacy.

To get started with mail order you can log into MyRxPortal.com and click on the mail order link.  This will direct you to the mail order pharmacy selected to fill medications for your plan. You can then create an account, and have your doctor e-prescribe or fax the prescriptions to that mail order pharmacy.
